Richard James offers a sophisticated return process for our Savile Row tailoring, allowing you to return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your sartorial experience meets the highest standards of British craftsmanship.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury garment bags and branded boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid returns label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Final Inspection and Refund
Once received at our London workshop, our quality control team will inspect the garments before issuing a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
